Warranty scope

1. Only our company's products purchased through legitimate sales channels are guaranteed;

2. Repair products within the warranty period in accordance with the national three guarantees policy;

3. Article 5 of the warranty regulations does not apply to this warranty regulation;

4. ODM and OEM products are subject to independent warranty clauses in ODM and OEM contracts, and are not covered by this warranty regulation;

5. Any contract or regulation related to warranty signed by the company and the customer after consultation shall not apply to this warranty regulation;

Not covered by warranty

1. Product damage caused by human factors or abnormal use (PCB circuits and electronic components burned down due to current breakdown, or product damage caused by force majeure);

2. The product is not repaired or disassembled by authorized technical personnel of our company, and the anti disassembly label of the product is damaged or changed;

3. If the product is used for research and development, professional testing, and destructive testing;

4. The environment used for special data storage results in premature termination of flash memory lifespan;

5. Exceeding the product warranty period.
